Mixed boarding & gender equality
Pomona Estate is a Mixed Boarding House. Services are designed for both girls and boys, with equal dignity, access and respect. Harassment, discrimination and intimidation are not acceptable.
Respect fellow students
Respect personal space, privacy, belongings, study time and rest. Be considerate in shared rooms and communal areas.
Strict on theft and violence
Theft, violence, threats and other violations of the residence agreement are treated seriously. Report concerns promptly. Management will address incidents under the signed agreement and applicable law.
Respect staff & cooperate
Treat managers, security guards, cleaners and caretakers respectfully. Cooperate with reasonable instructions that support everyone's safety and wellbeing.
A clean environment
Keep your room and shared areas clean. Dispose of waste responsibly, clean appliances after use and look after the garden and orchard.
Report issues on time
Report inconveniences, damage, missing items and maintenance faults as soon as you notice them. For an urgent safety concern, contact management or security directly.
Professional agreements
Accommodation is governed by formal written agreements, including the applicable lease and contract. Read the terms, ask questions and complete the signing process with management before moving in.

Use energy and water responsibly. Protect the orchard and garden while enjoying modern facilities and a connected student lifestyle.

Ideas that improve student life are welcome. Share constructive suggestions through the student dashboard or directly with management.
Visitors, transport & facilities
Register visitors with security or management. Follow the transport timetable, park only in allocated areas, and do not tamper with security, electrical, Wi-Fi or water equipment.
